Academic Integrity
Students are expected to maintain honesty in all coursework. Plagiarism, cheating, or misuse of AI tools violates our academic policies.

SMS Communication Policy

Opt-In Process: We only send SMS messages in response to incoming texts from students, parents, or guardians. Contacts are automatically opted-in when they initiate communication by texting our toll-free number.

Opt-Out Process: To stop receiving SMS messages, simply reply with "STOP" at any time. You will receive a confirmation, and no further messages will be sent unless you text us again to resume communication.
Third-Party Tools

Our programs may use third-party platforms (e.g., Canvas, Quizlet, Khan Academy). While we take care to partner with reputable services, we are not responsible for their privacy practices.
Refund Policy

Once the enrollment contract is signed for a student to attend Help Anchor Academy, the parent or guardian agrees to a 10-month financial commitment (August–May). This commitment is required regardless of whether the student continues to attend for the full duration.

No Refunds: Tuition and fees are non-refundable once paid, including in cases of withdrawal, dismissal, or early termination of enrollment.

Early Withdrawal: If a parent chooses to withdraw their child before the end of the academic year, the parent remains financially responsible for the full tuition balance for the 10-month term.

Exceptions: Refunds or adjustments may only be considered in rare circumstances, such as extreme medical conditions or unforeseen emergencies, at the sole discretion of Help Anchor Academy’s administration.
