We are excited to welcome new and returning students to another year of learning and growth at Help Anchor Academy! Below, you’ll find important details to help you prepare for the first day of school on August 18, 2025.

Getting Started
Help Anchor Academy operates as a virtual school, with Classe 365 as our primary learning platform. Students will also use Microsoft Teams for live sessions.
Platform Access
Class365: For student data, grading, assignments, and communication.
Microsoft Teams: Join live class sessions.
A detailed guide on logging into these platforms will be provided before the first day.
Technology & Materials
Required Technology
Laptop or Desktop Computer (Recommended for the best experience)
High-Speed Internet (Minimum 5-10 Mbps recommended)
Headphones or Earbuds (For better focus during live sessions)

Class Schedules
Flex Students: Complete assignments at your own pace with no live sessions.
Real Time School Students: Attend live classes Monday - Thursday from 9:00 AM – 3:10 PM EST
Student Expectations & Policies
Attendance & Participation
✔️Real time school students must attend all scheduled sessions unless excused.
✔️ Students should actively participate and complete assignments on time.
✔️ Respectful behavior is required in all online interactions.
Assignment Submission

Navigate to the assigned module.

Complete the activity (worksheet, quiz, video, etc.).

Click “Submit Assignment.”

Upload any required documents and submit.
Parent Involvement & PTA
We encourage parents to get involved!
Join the Help Anchor Academy PTA (HAAPTA) to support school events, fundraising, and student activities.
More details will be shared during orientation.

What if I miss a live session?
All live classes will be recorded students can request links from teachers.
What if I have technical difficulties?
If you experience any issues, contact our support team via email or message your teacher on Classe 365.
How do I check grades and attendance?
Log into Classe 365 to view student progress, attendance, and report cards.
