Keshia Daniels

Principal

Keshia is a dedicated pioneer currently serving in a Congregation in New Jersey. As one of the founders of Help Anchor Inc., Keshia helped launch the organization in 2023, initially as a tutoring company. Since then, it has grown into a virtual school designed to support the unique needs of Jehovah’s Witness families around the world. With over a decade of experience as a teacher in Orange County Public Schools (OCPS), Keshia also served at the district level in Career and Technical Education (CTE), where she provided essential curriculum support for educators. Her passion lies in helping young people reach their potential through both education and faith-based guidance. In her free time, Keshia enjoys traveling, organizing creative projects, and encouraging youth as they pursue their goals.

Ayita Patrick

Assistant Principal

Ayita is a devoted member of a Congregation in Orlando, Florida. She recently welcomed a beautiful baby boy and is currently focused on raising him along with her husband to be a well-rounded, spiritual child with a strong personal relationship with Jehovah God. As a co-founder of Help Anchor Inc., Ayita brings over 15 years of experience in the education field, having taught K–12 across various subjects and grade levels. She has also served at the district level, mentoring teachers and supporting students with unique learning abilities. For the past six years, she has been teaching virtually, allowing her to reach students in diverse settings while maintaining a flexible, faith-centered lifestyle. In her free time, Ayita enjoys theocratic activities, spending quality time with her family, and exploring the beauty of nature.

Brent is a longtime pioneer and servant in a English Congregation in Penang, Malaysia. Since 2020 he has been serving abroad in different countries, and since 2023 he continues to serve abroad with his wife. As an educator with over 12 years of experience in public, private, and even corporate settings, Brent has had the opportunity to teach and train students and educators of all ages and backgrounds. He feels a deep sense of joy when he is able to see students succeed, and it is this joy that is a driving force for his passion as an educator. In his free time he enjoys traveling, fishing, playing games, and cooking. He also enjoys learning different languages, exploring different cultures, and trying different foods. He especially enjoys helping young people to build their confidence and achieve their goals.

Administrative Assistant 

Allianah is currently serving as a regular pioneer in a Sign Language Congregation in the Philippines, where she focuses on helping the deaf and mute community learn about Jehovah. She also volunteers with the LDC and previously supported DRC relief efforts. With over five years of experience as an ESL teacher, Allianah has developed strong communication and organizational skills, also tutoring students with special needs. Her dedication allowed her to expand her role, and she now serves as the Administrative & Technology Manager at Help Anchor Academy. She streamlines operations, implements technical solutions, supports students, and ensures smooth communication between staff and families—creating a well-organized, supportive environment. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones.

Farrah is currently serving as a regular pioneer in a Sign Language Congregation in the Philippines, where she focuses on helping the deaf community learn about Jehovah. Her volunteer spirit extends to various congregation activities, where she contributes her time and skills where they are most needed. With almost five years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, she has developed strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills. She has supported a wide range of clients—handling tasks such as data entry, email and calendar management, research, CRM updates, and document creation. Her eye for detail and commitment to efficiency help ensure that operations run smoothly and deadlines are consistently met. In her free time, she enjoys spending meaningful moments with her family and friends, always prioritizing a balance between her work and spiritual goals.

My name is Joseph S., and I come from the small village of Cazale (Casale) in the Ouest region of Haiti. I am an active publisher serving in Vaudreuil, Cap-Haitien, in the northern part of the country. With over five years of experience in the education field, I have had the privilege of teaching in public, private, and corporate settings. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with students of all ages and backgrounds, teaching subjects such as languages (English, Spanish, French, and Haitian Creole), IT, mathematics, and science. As a small business owner and website designer with strong communication and creative skills, I excel at creating an engaging and interactive learning environment that fosters growth and understanding for those I work with. In my free time, I enjoy listening to music, playing guitar and singing, traveling, cooking, and continuously learning new and interesting things. I’m grateful and excited to be a part of the Help Anchor Academy family!

Sharon is currently pioneering with a Myanmar Congregation in Thailand. Her parents, graduates of the 20th Gilead class, served as missionaries in Zambia and Zimbabwe before returning to the U.S. 25 years later, bringing Sharon with them. Her mother instilled in her a love for learning, languages, and diverse cultures. Sharon has 24 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. She helped launch a nonprofit promoting research collaboration in Kansas and Missouri and has worked as Executive Assistant to five CEOs. She also managed HR tasks like hiring, payroll, and benefits, and oversaw a $1.5 million budget, highlighting her skills in both organizational and financial management. She holds a TESOL certification from the Canadian Institute of English and a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the University of Science, Arts & Technology in Montserrat. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and entertaining.

However, I am currently serving as a regular pioneer in South America in Pereira, Colombia and I have worked as an educator for over 20 years which includes being the Owner and Preschool Teacher of my own Childcare Center, a Substitute teacher in a public school setting, a homeschool teacher and a ESL Teacher to children and adults of all ages from a variety of countries such as China, Korea, Colombia, Mexico and many more. I truly have a passion for teaching and helping my students learn and achieve their academic goals. As a teacher I always strive to do my best to make sure that the classes that I teach are fun, practical, beneficial and that it is adapted to each of my students. I look forward to helping your child to progress and succeed in every way.

My name is Luis B. I currently serve as a regular pioneer and elder near Medellín, Colombia, in a congregation where there’s a greater need. I’ve been grateful for the opportunity to support different areas of the ministry, including some construction projects, and to have attended the SKE. Alongside my theocratic service, I’ve also worked as a teacher—both in private schools and through personalized classes. In my free time, I love spending time outdoors, especially walking, and I’m always up for an adventure or a new place to explore. I'm excited to be part of Help Anchor!

I've been teaching professionally for a little over four years now, and unprofessionally for a little over 7 years now. My name is Min S. and I am currently serving as an auxiliary pioneer in the Myanmar congregation in Bangkok after moving to Thailand. I started teaching as a private tutor in 2020 to kids from various international schools in Myanmar. In 2022 I began my journey as an educator at the institute of international professionalism where I was a subject teacher for 250 children. I was also employed by the French Institute to create lesson plans and execute different workshops for learners of all ages. My main goal is to cultivate creativity in my students so that they can freely and comfortably express themselves. I’m looking forward to working together with my fellow colleagues, the students and parents of Help Anchor Academy to create the best learning environment possible!

My name is Marjory D. I currently serve as a regular pioneer in Dunnellon Florida. Completing my 27th year pioneering. I am involved with transportation services for brothers and sisters going to and from Palm Coast Bible Educational Center. Also involved with LDC doing various jobs, from landscaping to plumbing and security. I have been with American Sign Language since 2002. Now serving in the Ocala Sign Language Congregation. I have been in the education system since 2007, where I have interpreted for deaf students. Also have experience with teaching ASL to students attending school. I have learned to be versatile and flexible in the ways to teach the language to meet the needs of the students, some not knowing the language to those being fluent in ASL. I am truly honored to be with Help Anchor Academy to contribute to our students success in learning a new language.

I am a very passionate teacher and pioneer, I grew up in the truth and have served at Bethel for 4 and a half years with pioneering before and after, full time service is the answer for me, it also trains me to speak to anyone and make them feel comfortable. The bible has trained us in many ways and shown that education is key in many ways especially our valuable students and children. I still serve as a pioneer in my local congregation and recently applied to commute to Bethel. I have over 2 years experience teaching children ages 4 - 12 years old online and a Diploma in Development and Early Education in Childhood. I value my students and their education very much and together we learn in a safe and fun environment.

My name is Nozipho S. affectionately known as “Nozzy”. I currently serve as a regular pioneer in Dundee, South Africa. I served at Bethel for 11 years, 10 of which were full-time, in the Translation Department and collaborating closely with the Audio Video Team. This year, I have been serving remotely continuing my commitment to meaningful work, in the Translation Music team. I am also a seasoned fashion designer with 13 years of sewing experience. My love for creating and designing is matched by my desire to uplift others. I strive to cultivate a loving, supportive atmosphere, helping those around me reach their full potential. My love for teaching comes from a genuine desire to see students discover their potential and develop a love for learning. I believe in building a classroom environment where students feel respected, encouraged, and inspired to explore new ideas. Every lesson is an opportunity to connect, grow, and make learning come alive.
