1. Mission and Values

Mission:
To provide spiritually grounded, academically excellent, and affordable virtual education and support services to families, empowering each student to thrive in both their learning and faith journey.

  • Accessibility: Making quality virtual education available to families seeking a supportive and affordable homeschool alternative.

  • Individualized Support: Meeting each student where they are with personalized academic guidance and accommodations.

  • Integrity: Operating with honesty, accountability, and spiritual discernment in every interaction.

  • Growth Mindset: Promoting continuous improvement—academically, emotionally, and spiritually—for students, staff, and families.

2. Academic Programs

Flexible Learning Pathway

  • Description: A self-paced program allowing students to complete coursework on their schedule without live classes.​

  • Subjects: Language Arts, Math, Science, Social Studies, and electives like Art, Music, Health/PE, and foreign languages.​

  • Platform: All assignments are completed on Canvas and graded by a teacher.​

  • Progress Monitoring: Quarterly assessments to evaluate growth and identify areas for improvement.​

  • Parent Involvement: Parents can create Canvas accounts to monitor progress and grades.​

  • Live Class Access: Students can join live classes periodically when additional support is needed.

Real-Time Virtual Learning

  • Description: Instructor-led live classes held Monday through Thursday, from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM EST.​

  • Interaction: Real-time engagement with teachers and peers in core subjects and electives.​

  • Support: Additional teacher assistance and tutoring available during school hours.​

Homeschool Tutoring Program

  • Description: Provides tailored academic support within a flexible homeschooling framework.​

  • Features: One-on-one attention from experienced educators, integrating faith-based principles to support both academic and spiritual growth.​

Independent Courses

  • Best For: Students who want to explore specific subjects in a structured, short-term format.

  • Instruction: Live instruction once a week with a certified teacher.

  • Engagement: Faith-based learning in specialized subjects.

  • Duration: Courses range from 4 to 9 weeks.

  • Completion: Certificate awarded upon successful completion.

3. Enrollment and Tuition

  • Enrollment Fee: $149 (discounted to $79 for early enrollment by February 29th).​

  • Flexible Learning Pathway: $400/month (August - May).​

  • Real-Time Virtual Learning: $600/month (August - May).​

  • Homeschool Tutoring Program: $250/month.​

We follow the curriculum of Florida B.E.S.T Standards. ​

4. Student Responsibilities

Students are expected to:

  • Communicate Regularly: Engage with teachers weekly or more often as needed.​

  • Submit Timely Work: Complete and submit assignments by designated deadlines.​

  • Seek Assistance: Proactively ask for help when challenges arise.​

  • Respect Others: Honor the rights and dignity of fellow students and teachers.

5. Academic Integrity

Academic integrity is fundamental to a successful learning experience. Plagiarism and cheating are strictly prohibited. Students must complete assignments independently and properly cite all sources. Violations may result in disciplinary action, including removal from courses or the academy. ​

6. Technology Requirements

To participate effectively, students should have:

  • Reliable Internet Access: Consistent connectivity for accessing course materials and attending virtual classes.

  • Computer: A device capable of running necessary software and accessing online platforms.

  • Headset with Microphone: For clear audio communication during live sessions.

  • Printer/Scanner: For handling physical documents as needed.

  • Software: Microsoft Office/Google

7. Communication Guidelines

  • Professionalism: Use respectful and courteous language in all communications.​

  • Responsiveness: Reply to emails and messages from teachers and staff promptly.

  • Clarity: Clearly articulate questions or concerns to facilitate effective assistance.​

8. Code of Conduct

Students must:

  • Dress Appropriately: Maintain a neat and clean appearance during virtual classes.​

  • Be Punctual: Join classes on time and adhere to the schedule.​

  • Engage Respectfully: Interact positively with peers and instructors, fostering a supportive learning.

9. Attendance Policy

Regular attendance is essential for academic success. Students are expected to attend all scheduled live sessions and complete assignments on time. Absences should be communicated in advance when possible. Excessive absences may impact academic progress.

10. Assessment and Grading

Grades are determined based on assignments, participation, quizzes, and exams. A grading rubric will be provided for each course. Progress reports will be sent to students and parents periodically.

11. Support Services

Students have access to tutoring, academic counseling, and technical support. Additional resources, such as study guides and educational tools, are available upon request.

12. Parent/Guardian Involvement

Parents/guardians are encouraged to monitor their child’s progress and communicate regularly with teachers. They have access to student records and are invited to participate in school meetings and events.

13. Disciplinary Procedures

Violations of school policies will be addressed through a structured disciplinary process, including warnings, parent meetings, and potential removal from the program if necessary.

14. Feedback and Concerns

We value feedback from students and parents. Concerns should be directed to the appropriate staff member. Formal grievances can be submitted through our online portal.
