Principal / Co-Founder
Keshia Daniels
Keshia Daniels is a dedicated pioneer currently serving in the Ridgefield Congregation in New Jersey. She recently married Jonathan Daniels and continues to build a life centered around service, family, and meaningful work.
As one of the founders of Help Anchor Inc., Keshia helped launch the organization in 2023, initially as a tutoring company. Since then, it has grown into a full-fledged virtual school designed to support the unique needs of Jehovah’s Witness families around the world.
With over a decade of experience as a teacher in Orange County Public Schools (OCPS), Keshia also served at the district level in Career and Technical Education (CTE), where she provided essential curriculum support for educators. Her passion lies in helping young people reach their potential through both education and faith-based guidance.
In her free time, Keshia enjoys traveling, organizing creative projects, and encouraging youth as they pursue their goals.

Assistant Principal (Instructional Lead) / Co-Founder
Ayita Patrick
Ayita Patrick is a devoted member of the Pine Hills Congregation in Orlando, Florida. She recently welcomed a beautiful baby boy and is currently focused on raising him along with her husband to be a well-rounded, spiritual child with a strong personal relationship with Jehovah God.
As a co-founder of Help Anchor Inc., Ayita brings over 15 years of experience in the education field, having taught K–12 across various subjects and grade levels. She has also served at the district level, mentoring teachers and supporting students with unique learning abilities. For the past six years, she has been teaching virtually, allowing her to reach students in diverse settings while maintaining a flexible, faith-centered lifestyle.
In her free time, she enjoys theocratic activities, spending quality time with her family, and exploring the beauty of nature.

Administrative & Personal Assistant to Principal
Allianah Licup
Allianah Licup is currently serving as a regular pioneer in the Bocaue Sign Language Congregation in the Philippines, where she focuses on helping the deaf and mute community learn about Jehovah and his wonderful promises. She also volunteers with the LDC team, supporting projects at Assembly Halls and SKE facilities and previously served with the DRC as a call group member, assisting those affected by natural disasters.
With over five years of experience as an ESL teacher, Allianah has developed strong communication and organizational skills, also tutoring students with special needs. Her dedication allowed her to expand her role, and she now serves as the Administrative and Personal Assistant to the Principal of Help Anchor Academy. She streamlines operations, supports students, and ensures smooth communication between staff and families, creating a well-organized, supportive environment.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling and photography, especially capturing the beauty of nature. Through her camera lens, she loves highlighting the wonders of Jehovah’s creation and inspiring others to appreciate it.

HR Specialist
Sharon Newman
Sharon Newman is currently pioneering with the Bangkok Myanmar Congregation in Thailand. Her parents, graduates of the 20th Gilead class, served as missionaries in Zambia and Zimbabwe before returning to the U.S. 25 years later, bringing Sharon with them. Her mother instilled in her a love for learning, languages, and diverse cultures.
Sharon has 24 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. She helped launch a nonprofit promoting research collaboration in Kansas and Missouri and has worked as Executive Assistant to five CEOs. She also managed HR tasks like hiring, payroll, and benefits, and oversaw a $1.5 million budget, highlighting her skills in both organizational and financial management.
She holds a TESOL certification from the Canadian Institute of English and a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the University of Science, Arts & Technology in Montserrat.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling and entertaining.

Enrollment Specialist
Sheree Hall
Sheree Hall is currently serving as a Need Greater in the Sukhumvit Congregation in Bangkok, Thailand. For the past year, she has found it a great joy to work alongside her spiritual family in the Thai field, combining her love for Jehovah and for people. Together, they strive to spread the good news and help others come to know our Grand Creator in Thailand.
With a background in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in the field, Sheree brings both professionalism and compassion to her work. Her role as an Enrollment Specialist allows her to assist others with care and efficiency, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.
In her spare time, Sheree enjoys the journey of learning a new language and culture, as well as exploring new places, sharing meals, and creating lasting memories with those closest to her.
