Our staff and faculty are more than educators; they are mentors, guides, and encouragers who are deeply invested in the spiritual and personal growth of each student.

Keshia Daniels

Principal

Keshia is a dedicated pioneer currently serving in the Ridgefield Congregation in New Jersey. She recently married Jonathan Daniels and continues to build a life centered around service, family, and meaningful work. As one of the founders of Help Anchor Inc., Keshia helped launch the organization in 2023, initially as a tutoring company. Since then, it has grown into a full-fledged virtual school designed to support the unique needs of Jehovah’s Witness families around the world. With over a decade of experience as a teacher in Orange County Public Schools (OCPS), Keshia also served at the district level in Career and Technical Education (CTE), where she provided essential curriculum support for educators. Her passion lies in helping young people reach their potential through both education and faith-based guidance. In her free time, Keshia enjoys traveling, organizing creative projects, and encouraging youth as they pursue their goals.

Ayita Patrick

Assistant Principal

Ayita is a devoted member of the Pine Hills Congregation in Orlando, Florida. She recently welcomed a beautiful baby boy and is currently focused on raising him along with her husband to be a well-rounded, spiritual child with a strong personal relationship with Jehovah God. As a co-founder of Help Anchor Inc., Ayita brings over 15 years of experience in the education field, having taught K–12 across various subjects and grade levels. She has also served at the district level, mentoring teachers and supporting students with unique learning abilities. For the past six years, she has been teaching virtually, allowing her to reach students in diverse settings while maintaining a flexible, faith-centered lifestyle. In her free time, Ayita enjoys theocratic activities, spending quality time with her family, and exploring the beauty of nature.

Brent Howard

Director of Operations

Brent is a longtime pioneer and servant in the Georgetown English Congregation in Penang, Malaysia. Since 2020 he has been serving abroad in different countries, and since 2023 he continues to serve abroad with his wife. As an educator with over 12 years of experience in public, private, and even corporate settings, Brent has had the opportunity to teach and train students and educators of all ages and backgrounds. He feels a deep sense of joy when he is able to see students succeed, and it is this joy that is a driving force for his passion as an educator. In his free time he enjoys traveling, fishing, playing games, and cooking. He also enjoys learning different languages, exploring different cultures, and trying different foods. He especially enjoys helping young people to build their confidence and achieve their goals.

Allianah L.

Admininistrative

Allianah is currently serving as a regular pioneer in Bocaue Sign Language Congregation in the Philippines, where she focuses on helping the deaf and mute community learn about Jehovah. She also volunteers with the LDC team and previously supported DRC relief efforts. With over five years of experience as an ESL teacher, Allianah has developed strong communication and organizational skills, also tutoring students with special needs. Her dedication allowed her to expand her role, and she now serves as the Administrative and Personal Assistant to the Principal of Help Anchor Academy. She streamlines operations, supports students, and ensures smooth communication between staff and families, creating a well-organized, supportive environment. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and photography, especially capturing the beauty of nature.

Sharon N.

HR Specialist

Sharon is currently pioneering with the Bangkok Myanmar Congregation in Thailand. Her parents, graduates of the 20th Gilead class, served as missionaries in Zambia and Zimbabwe before returning to the U.S. 25 years later, bringing Sharon with them. Her mother instilled in her a love for learning, languages, and diverse cultures. Sharon has 24 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. She helped launch a nonprofit promoting research collaboration in Kansas and Missouri and has worked as Executive Assistant to five CEOs. She also managed HR tasks like hiring, payroll, and benefits, and oversaw a $1.5 million budget, highlighting her skills in both organizational and financial management. She holds a TESOL certification from the Canadian Institute of English and a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the University of Science, Arts & Technology in Montserrat. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and entertaining.

Sheree H.

Enrollment Specialist

Sheree is currently serving as a Need Greater in the Sukhumvit Congregation in Bangkok, Thailand. For the past year, she has found it a great joy to work alongside her spiritual family in the Thai field, combining her love for Jehovah and for people. Together, they strive to spread the good news and help others come to know our Grand Creator in Thailand. With a background in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in the field, Sheree brings both professionalism and compassion to her work. Her role as an Enrollment Specialist allows her to assist others with care and efficiency, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience. In her spare time, Sheree enjoys the journey of learning a new language and culture, as well as exploring new places, sharing meals, and creating lasting memories with those closest to her.

My name is Nicole. T. I live in a tiny city in Zimbabwe called Kwekwe and I serve as a regular pioneer. I've been teaching professionally for a little over four years now, and unprofessionally for a little over 7 years now. I really enjoy learning how to tailor my teaching to each and every student, I always learn so much through such experiences. Henceforth, I'm so happy to be part of the Help Anchor Academy family!

My name is Alma Mae Q. I’ve been serving as a Regular Pioneer in Quezon City, Philippines, for 26 years and counting. With over eight years of experience as an educator, I’ve taught in both traditional classroom settings and online learning environments. I’m passionate about creating a flexible and friendly atmosphere that supports each student's growth to their fullest potential. It’s truly a joy to be part of the Help Anchor Academy family!

My name is Simone N. I’m a baptized sister who is eager to expand my share in Jehovah’s service. I’ve been teaching English as a second and foreign language for over two years and truly enjoy getting to know my students and supporting them in reaching their full potential. I’m excited to be part of the Help Anchor Academy family and look forward to contributing to both the students’ growth and the school’s mission!

My name is Min S. and I am currently serving as an auxiliary pioneer in the Myanmar congregation in Bangkok after moving to Thailand. I started teaching as a private tutor in 2020 to kids from various international schools in Myanmar. In 2022 I began my journey as an educator at the institute of international professionalism where I was a subject teacher for 250 children. I was also employed by the French Institute to create lesson plans and execute different workshops for learners of all ages. My main goal is to cultivate creativity in my students so that they can freely and comfortably express themselves. I’m looking forward to working together with my fellow colleagues, the students and parents of Help Anchor Academy to create the best learning environment possible!

My name is Monique C. I currently live in South Africa and am part of a small congregation in my area. With experience in mentoring, tutoring, and teaching, I've had the joy of supporting learners of all ages and backgrounds. From assisting with homework and academic subjects like English and Math, to planning fun events and ensuring safe and engaging aftercare experiences, I'm dedicated to making a positive impact on young minds. My approach combines patience, clear communication, and adaptability into learning. I am excited to be a part of the Help Anchor Academy family.

My name is Laura Q. I'm originally from Colombia, but I'm currently serving as a regular pioneer and need greater in Ghana. I’ve been teaching English and Spanish for over eight years. I truly enjoy helping my students learn in a way that works best for them. Whether it’s online or in-person, with kids, teens, or adults, I always try to make my classes fun, practical, and adapted to each student’s needs. I’m passionate about teaching, and I love seeing my students grow and gain confidence in using a new language.

My name is Sonny J. I am an active publisher serving in Khonkaen Thailand and have been an ESL teacher for more than a decade here in both public and private schools from Kindergarten to Secondary level. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Education and have been trained in how to apply teaching approaches and strategies to cater the learners’ needs in various aspects. I’m happy and grateful that I will be part of Help Anchor Academy family and I assure you that I will do my best as an educator.

My name is Toshi T. I serve as a regular pioneer as a need-greater in Thailand. I have recently graduated SKE along with my wife and I was appointed as an HLC member upon graduation. My main experience in teaching has to do with teaching English to non-English speaking students whether it be in Japan or in Thailand. I have about 5 years of experience in teaching private lessons (in Japan) and I have about 3 years of teaching experience in public school setting (in Thailand). I look forward to being able to contribute in any way possible with Help Anchor Academy.

My name is Raquel M. I currently serve as regular pioneer in sign language congregation and a Local Design Construction Volunteer (LDCV) in the Philippines. I have been teaching since 1998 and because of that experience I have learned to be versatile and flexible according to the needs of students. I'm honored to be part of the Help Anchor Academy team and thankful for the chance to contribute to our students’ academic success and spiritual journey!

My name is Luis F. I am a need greater currently serving as a regular pioneer in Thailand. Originally from Portugal, I’ve been teaching Math online to homeschooled students of various ages. I enjoy tailoring my lessons to each student’s unique needs and love sharing my enthusiasm for Math and Science.
